At Part of the Family Pet Memorial Centre we guarantee the quality of our cremation urns, cremation jewellery or any other product we offer will meet or exceed your expectations or we will completely refund your money (less shipping charges).

If you would like to make a return, please either send us an email to info@partofthefamily.ca or give us a call at 780-756-PETS (7387) within 30 days of your receipt and we will provide you with an approval email.

Due to the delicate and valuable nature of our products, we require that you return it to us in the original packaging. Damage rarely occurs when shipped back in this original packaging, but it is important to purchase shipping insurance just in case damage does occur in transit. The urn is your responsibility until we receive it back in our Centre in undamaged condition.

Due to the personalized nature of engraved items including print jewellery, returns cannot be accepted on these items.
